You do not have to go through your mental health journey alone. Changes in mood, struggles with anxiety, and feeling that addiction (substances, problem gambling, behaviours) controls your life is very common. There are many interventions available so you do not have to suffer. I employ an eclectic approach with my training in DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS. MI, CFT, and Brainspotting.

Brainspotting helps access and process unresolved trauma and unhelpful beliefs by guiding your eye position to "brainspots" - areas connected to stored memories. This method taps into the brain's natural ability ot heal in a gentle way. It can address trauma, anxiety, grief and emotional dysregulation concerns.
I am experienced and well-versed in supporting medical professionals and fellow mental health workers. I understand the unique emotional toll and burnout that can come from caring for people in high-stress environments with limited resources.
