Hello and welcome. I'm Natalie - a mom, a wife, a lifelong learner, and a super feeler. I believe that healing happens in relationship, in spaces where all parts of you feel seen, held, and understood. My work is deeply rooted in a somatic, holistic approach, honoring the mind-body connection and the wisdom of the nervous system.
With training in DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, I integrate evidence-based practices with a relational, attuned presence. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including group homes, agencies, primary health care, crisis services, and private practice in supporting people through complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and deep personal transformation.
I know that change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we feel safe enough to explore, express, and reconnect with ourselves. Whether we’re working with thought patterns, emotions, or the body’s stored experiences, my goal is to help you access a sense of relief, resilience, and self-compassion.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just know that something in you is ready for change, I’m here.

This is different for everyone. In our first session, I will ask several questions to get to know you, but you never need to share or answer anything you are not comfortable with; you are in the driver's seat. We can chat about what type of approach works best for you.
